We’re hiring a Logistics Coordinator for our manufacturing client in Westborough, MA. If you have experience working in logistics as a coordinator, please apply!

  • Salary: $45,000 - $50,000
  • Annual Bonus Target: $3,500
  • First Shift



  • Obtain bills of lading daily from warehouses and match to open orders.
  • Confirm in Chempax which orders have shipped and enter bill of lading/tracking and carrier information.
  • Follow up with warehouses when orders have not shipped timely.
  • Send out shipping logs daily to warehouses detailing what upcoming orders are to be shipped.
  • Send out past pick up log daily to all sales and customer service to ensure all personnel are aware of shipping status of orders.
  • Send commercial documents to Customs Brokers as well as work with the brokers for any additional documents and/or supplemental information needed to ensure shipments are fully released and arrive timely.
  • Process inbound documentation from warehouses to ensure correct product and lots received on each PO.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma required.
  • College Degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years related experience preferred.
